SIA students, staff and faculty are welcome to suggest titles to be added to the collection.

Librarians will assess whether or not the item is suitable for purchase. If the item is directly related to a SIA class, faculty recommendation, fits within the scope of our collection and not readily available in any NYC-area libraries we will try to purchase the item.

To make a recommendation, you can send your request directly to the librarians:

Please include as much citation information as possible:
Title
Author
Publisher
Year of Publication
ISBN
Edition

Need to access the item quickly? Search worldcat.org to see if it is available at a local NYC-area library. If it cannot be purchased and it is not readily available in a NYC-area library, submit an Interlibrary Loan request to ill@sia.edu.
